Delivery

Delivery estimates provided on our website are approximate and based on distance calculations. Actual delivery timelines and costs will be confirmed in your quote. Delivery requires adequate site access and preparation per our delivery guidelines.

Condition Grades

Container conditions are graded as described on our website (One-Trip, Cargo Worthy, Wind & Water Tight, As-Is). Each container is inspected before sale. Cosmetic variations within a grade are normal and expected.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all containers. If your container does not match its described condition grade, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a resolution. The container must be in the same condition as delivered.

Limitation of Liability

St. Petersburg Used Shipping Containers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the container in question.
